Volunteers, including Dave Dittler, Ray Mannella, Rich Munizza and former City Councilman Joe Cusick work hard to erect the walls. The new stand was built almost entirely with volunteer labor and donated materials.

The new building would include a vending area, equipment room and men's and women's restroom facilities.
