The Greyhound bus terminal is located at the corner of Liberty-Penn Avenues and Grant Street. The station is a busy transportation hub, with affordable bus service to many cities across the country. Pittsburgh ridership nears 10,000 passengers monthly.

The current Greyhound terminal is a new facility, opened in September 2008. The new terminal replaced the old Greyhound station located on the same spot. The new station also contains two city parking garages.
