A view of Saw Mill Run Road near the intersection with Whited Street, taken in 1934. An Amoco gas station stands at the bottom of Whited Street and an Esso is located across the street. The old trolley span straddles the roadway. This was torn down and replaced in 2003 by a modern bridge during the modernization of the Port Authority Shannon-Drake trolley line.
