Rich Joseph pulls down the #1 raffle prize, the Roberto
Clemente print, as Stan Scalise prepares to announce the lucky winners,
 the Munizza sisters

The innaugural BLLA Monte Carlo Night was held on Saturday, February 26, 1999, at the Resurrection cafeteria. It was a fun-filled evening of horse races, games of chance, door prize drawings and lots of food. Attendance at the event was estimated at over 400 people, and the funds raised will go toward the purchase of new equipment and uniforms for the kids.

BLLA wishes to thank all those involved in the staging of the event, and those who donated their time to run the booths, prepare the food and clean up the mess. The organization would especially like to thank all who attended and helped raise the funds to take our youth program to the next level of competition.
