"WHO'LL STOP THE RAIN?"

Some like to blame everything on El Nino. Scientists blame it on global warming. A respected man says its all an aftermath of Mt. St. Helens eruption in 1980. Others say you either have bad luck or no luck at all. Whatever the answer, all eyes are on the sky as we wonder when the rains will stop.
